Drawn from fire-charred new American white oak barrels after a minimum of ten years, this single barrel Kentucky straight rye whiskey carries a profile of toffee, vanilla, and citrus. Notes of roasted almonds and dark chocolate emerge on the palate, balanced by a characteristic rye spice. Presented in a wax-dipped bottle, the spirit undergoes a traditional heat-cycling maturation process.
