Macallan, TIME:SPACE Sherry Cask, 20yr
This highly limited, ultra-premium 20-year-old single malt Scotch whisky represents a historic milestone as the first release to be finished in oak casks seasoned at the distiller's own historic Spanish bodega. Shaped by two distinct interactions with freshly seasoned sherry oak, it delivers an opulent, complex profile bursting with sherry-soaked raisins, rich ginger cake, and dark chocolate truffles that finish with warming wood spices and a hint of espresso.
