Macallan, 12yr 110 proof
Matured for twelve years in sherry-seasoned oak casks, this Speyside Scotch offers a robust 110-proof profile. The spirit delivers concentrated notes of dried fruit and wood spice with a rich mahogany colour. Distillation in small copper pot stills creates a full-bodied mouthfeel and a lingering finish. Each bottle carries the heritage of a distillery established in 1824 on the River Spey.
