Originating from the Kakheti region of Georgia, the combination of Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes produces a characteristic dry profile. It reveals a pale straw colour accompanied by an aromatic bouquet of citrus and wildflowers. The palate is crisp with notes of green apple and a subtle mineral finish. Best served chilled, it complements light salads and poultry.
