Bolero, Orange, Mtsvane Kisi Khikhvi
Blending the indigenous Georgian grapes Mtsvane, Kisi, and Khikhvi, this orange wine undergoes skin-contact fermentation to develop its characteristic amber hue and complex structure. The palate features notes of dried apricots, walnut, and subtle spice, supported by firm tannins and a dry finish. It is best served slightly chilled to accompany grilled poultry or mature cheeses.
