Traditional tahona wheels and brick ovens define the production of this 100% Blue Weber agave spirit from Jalisco. Crisp agave flavours combine with bright citrus and white pepper to create a balanced mouthfeel. Agave fibres are included in the distillation to enhance brightness, then recycled into bricks for local housing projects. Serve chilled or mixed into a refreshing Paloma.
